By using Agraba you hereby declare you will not have any claim against Agraba, the site, the owners of the site, its directors and officers, agents or anyone acting on their behalf, EXCEPT FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO BREACH OF AGRABA’s EXPRESS WARRANTIES UNDER THE PRIVACY POLICY BELOW.
Agraba reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time, in its sole discretion, but any change in the Privacy Policy will apply only to the use of the Site made after such change.
General use provisions.
Agraba is an online tool that allows its user to advertise on Google Adwords in a simple walk through process, without prior knowledge or experience in online advertising. Agraba automatically generates custom-made PPC ads on google for a defined period (“Advertising Campaign” or “Campaign“), using the information provided by the user and the information we located about the user’s business online. The site is operated by Agraba Ltd., an Israeli company.
When you use the site, information about you is collected, as the end user. Some of the information identifies the end user personally, by name and address, the services that the end user has requested to purchase, the payment methods used by the end user, and more. This information is provided by the end user. Some of the information does not identify the end user personally, such as statistical information like the pages the end user viewed, the end user’s viewed products, and other general information that does not identify the end user.
Agraba assumes no responsibility for the use of information received by third parties that are not under the control of Agraba. In any case of doubt, the end user must review the privacy policy and terms of use of that third-party entity. The information provided to Agraba may be verified against information about the end user already in possession of Agraba or against similar information provided to Agraba.
Use of Information.
The use of information received from end users shall be in accordance with this Privacy Policy or pursuant to the provisions of any law, for the following purposes: improving the services and content offered on Agraba; modifying services and content on Agraba; enabling the purchase of services and products on Agraba; adjusting products and ads based on the end user’s interests.
Agraba automatically records all information received from the end user’s browser on its servers, including the end user’s IP address, as well as all pages visited by the end user. With the consent to the Privacy Policy, the end user agrees that such records will be made by Agraba for the following purposes: analyzing statistics (Google analytics, Hotjar) for functionality and improvement; contacting the end user; allow the end user to re-use Agraba and purchase services and products on Agraba; prevent unauthorized or illegal use of Agraba; remarketing to the end user by using a tracking pixel and social widgets; send marketing or promotional material to the end user (whether by Agraba or by someone on its behalf) by e-mail, unless the end user specifies that he or she no longer wishes to receive such marketing or promotional material by clicking the option ‘unsubscribe’, which appears in every email sent by Agraba. after that, the contact information will be removed from the mailing list.
Agraba will not in any way sell, rent or otherwise transfer personal information about end users, in whole or in part, to any third party except as provided below. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Agraba may disclose personal information about end user, in whole or in part, to any third party, subject to the fulfillment of one of the following conditions: (1) Agraba received the consent of the end user to disclose this information; (2) The disclosure of information or part thereof to certain parties is required in order to provide the services. It is emphasized that these parties will have a limited right to use this information for the purpose for which Agraba provides the information only, including but not limited to the use of any service, tool such as a particular platform or software, etc. (3) When the information is required by law or, Including in the event that Agraba receives a judicial order instructing it to disclose the information of the end user to any third party, in the event of a legal dispute between the end user and Agraba that requires the disclosure of the end user’s information; in the event that Agraba finds that the end user’s actions violates the Terms Of Use or the law, including any kind of fraudulent actions; in the event that Agraba shall in any manner transfer the activity of the site to another corporation or merge its activities with another entity, provided that the other entity accepts the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
